Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist
About the role
The Treasury Management Relationship Support Specialist at Regions is responsible for providing sales support to Treasury Management Relationship Managers and their clients. This role involves preparing for and executing sales activities, managing new client onboarding, and serving as a primary escalation point for client support.
Responsibilities
- Prepare account structures
- Create pricing proformas for prospects and existing clients
- Develop presentation decks
- Conduct client research including proximity suitability to branches and other information
- Research product information in collaboration with the TM Product team
- Avoid implementation errors below the required percentage
- Adhere to the Service Level Agreement
- Manage new client onboarding experience
- Request documentation execution, implement client requests, confirm training, and ensure client satisfaction
- Act as the primary escalation point for client support when first-level support is insufficient
- Ensure reporting is complete, timely, and accurate
- Collaborate with Commercial and Treasury Management Relationship Managers to maintain engagement in sales activities
- Perform additional administrative tasks to support Treasury Management Relationship Manager's sales efforts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years prior banking, sales, or sales support experience
Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bilingual
- Understanding of Working Capital Skills and Competencies

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job-specific and serve as a market reference for compensation decisions. Factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance impact pay. The target range for this position is $45,450.00 USD to $57,285.00 USD, with a median of $57,285.00 USD. This position is not eligible for incentive pay.
