Treasury Management Relationship Specialist

About the role

The Treasury Management Relationship Specialist position is ideal for individuals with experience in commercial or retail banking who wish to expand their career. This role involves maintaining and growing client relationships, working closely with clients, sales teams, and officers to identify opportunities, and resolving client issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow client relationships
• Identify and address client needs
• Provide treasury management support including answering questions about business products and services
• Train clients on various banking products and services

Requirements

• Higher education in business or a finance-related field preferred
• One to two years of commercial or retail banking experience
• Knowledge of deposit products, online banking services, and accounts receivables
• Understanding of bank operations and accounting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude, strong organizational and time management skills, confidentiality maintenance, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective client interaction

Benefits

• Full-time position at Westloop branch in Manhattan, Monday through Friday
• Wages starting at \$15 to \$20 per hour
