About the role
This position supports the sales, operations, and management functions of treasury management. The Treasury Management Officer coordinates with Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, and Government Banking teams to ensure treasury management product set-up, training, and compliance are complete, maintained, and processing is performed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
Responsibilities

- Adhere to all ACB policies and procedures and maintain a strong working knowledge of treasury management products and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, primarily by phone and email, utilizing critical thinking and active listening to resolve customer problems or complaints.
- Complete treasury management account set-up and onboarding for new accounts.
- Review account applications, agreements, and other documentation for complete and accurate information.
- Send and track documents for approval, then save and file all completed documents into iDentifi.
- Complete system set-up and maintenance for existing and new treasury management products and services.
- Complete termination of treasury services as requested.
- Apply and track fees to applicable commercial accounts utilizing treasury management services.
- Monitor industry and competitive trends and developments for treasury management products, services, and fees.
- Assist all business lines with Remote Deposit Capture scanner set-up and coordinate installation with the provider company.
- Assist with troubleshooting scanner issues that arise.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate degree or higher in business, finance, or a related area.
Skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
- Mathematical skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with a high level of initiative, accountability, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
- Effective communication and active listening skills through all methods of interaction (e.g., in person, via phone, and in writing).
- Thorough knowledge of ACB's products, services, policies, procedures, and NACHA operating rules and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including the bank's core system and department usage.
- Sophisticated computer and software skills, including Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
- Handle conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Handle highly confidential information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions, weighing customer satisfaction issues with ACB's risk, exposure to loss, or fraud.
