Treasury Management Region Sales Specialist Manager

About the Role

The Treasury Management Region Sales Specialist Manager leads a regional team of Sales Specialists and Team Leaders, working closely with Treasury Management Sales Leadership to develop and execute sales strategies. This role serves as a liaison with Market Presidents and senior executives across Huntington Bank, driving team development, business acumen, and sales optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned region in collaboration with Treasury Management Sales Leadership.
• Act as a champion and liaison for coordinating activities with Market Presidents and senior executives.
• Coach and develop Treasury Management Sales Specialists to enhance sales skills, career growth, and bank performance.
• Build the team’s business acumen and cash flow analysis capabilities to improve customer conversations and sales outcomes.
• Communicate direction and group strategy to ensure team goals are met.
• Evolve the Treasury Management Sales coverage model to optimize sales capacity, efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Establish best practices for partnering with Treasury Management Advisors, Relationship Managers, Product, Service & Onboarding teams, and other stakeholders.
• Provide insights and recommendations to Treasury Management Sales and market leadership to support portfolio growth and relationship deepening.
• Assist with the implementation and training of new tools and processes within the Treasury Management Sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 10+ years of banking experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and service goals.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships.
• Strong product knowledge in Treasury Management.
• CTP or other relevant professional designation.

This is an office-based role with potential for a flexible work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work. Specific arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.
