Treasury Management Region Sales Specialist Manager

About the Role

The Treasury Management Region Sales Specialist Manager manages a team of Sales Specialists and Team Leaders (depending on market size) within a region. This role interacts with senior leaders both internally and externally, acting as a champion and liaison for coordinating activities with Market Presidents and senior executives across Huntington Bank.

Responsibilities

• Work with Treasury Management Sales Leadership to develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned region.
• Coach and develop Treasury Management Sales (TMS) skills to create career advancement opportunities and support bank growth.
• Enhance the team’s business acumen and cash flow analysis skills to improve customer conversations and sales outcomes.
• Communicate direction and group strategy to meet team goals.
• Evolve the TMS coverage model to optimize sales capacity, efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across key job duties.
• Develop best practices for partnering with Treasury Management Advisors, Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Product, Service & Onboarding, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a partner to Treasury Management Sales and market leadership to provide insights and recommendations for portfolio growth and relationship deepening.
• Assist with the implementation and training of new tools and processes within the Treasury Management Sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 10+ years of banking experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales and service goals.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships.
• Product knowledge in Treasury Management.
• CTP or other relevant professional designation.

Workplace Type

This is an office-based role with a flexible work arrangement combining in-office and remote work. Specific arrangements will be provided by the hiring team, with opportunities to collaborate in-person for key moments.

Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay).
