Traveling Resource Registered Nurse

About the Role

This is a travel-first role for a hospice RN who thrives on variety and goes where the need is. You'll move between locations covering staffing gaps, leadership vacancies, or census surges, with no two weeks the same. All facets of hospice care, one nurse, wherever we need you.

Responsibilities

• Travel ~90% of the time between locations experiencing staffing gaps, leadership vacancies, or census surges
• Provide direct patient care: admissions, visits, complex symptom management, case management
• Educate, mentor, and onboard clinicians and new leaders on-site
• Step into clinical leadership/DCS duties temporarily to keep a site compliant and stable
• Participate in IDG meetings, audits, and quality initiatives wherever you're deployed

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hospice experience
• Current RN licensure (multi-state preferred)
• Comfort with travel up to 90% of the time
• Valid driver's license and insured transportation
