About the Role

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide individualized care and collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians.
• Deliver care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practice within the scope of nursing standards and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Provide patient care in various shift options, including weekends, nights, or variable schedules.
• Engage in patient education, assessment, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Work within the full scope of nursing practice and adhere to professional standards.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure (NLC).
• At least one year of nursing experience, with six months of travel experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Competency in required certifications and departmental standards.
