About the Role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare delivery, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide individualized care and collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians.
- Deliver care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Plan and coordinate patient care, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
- Practice within the scope of nursing standards and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Provide patient care in various shift options, including weekends, nights, or variable schedules.
- Engage in patient education, assessment, triage, and nursing interventions.
- Work within the full scope of nursing practice and adhere to professional standards.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure (NLC).
- At least one year of nursing experience, with six months of travel experience.
- Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Competency in required certifications and departmental standards.
