About the role

Provide personalized patient care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practice within the full scope of nursing standards and ensure compliance with state licensure and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications.
