About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
- Delivering care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Planning and coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, providing education, triaging, and performing nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, and applying age and population-specific standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure in NLC states.
- At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
- Residence at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Required competencies and certifications maintained as per departmental standards.
