Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Delivering care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, providing education, triaging, and performing nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, and applying age and population-specific standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure in NLC states.
• At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
• Residence at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Required competencies and certifications maintained as per departmental standards.
