Traveling Ortho Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual)

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior customer service experience
• Prepare consent forms and get parental approval before treatment begins
• Confirm patient’s insurance coverage eligibility and update changes
• Handle routine questions about appointments, policies, insurance, and treatments
• Answer questions about the treatment to be performed and any follow-up questions or concerns
• Explain insurance benefits and limitations, out-of-pocket expenses, and financing options
• Explain payment options and assist in the application process if necessary
• Set up in-house payment plans and debit accounts according to the agreement
• Collect fees per patient’s insurance
• Manage and assist with payment and insurance processes
• Clean and maintain the front office area/lobby
• Perform any and all other duties assigned by the Practice Manager

Pay and Schedule

$20/hr (based on experience), Monday- Saturday (alternating Saturdays and Mondays when team is traveling)
