Traveling Field Service Technician (5am to 1pm) - Inova Hospitals

Job Summary

Traveling Field Service Technician needed to support assigned hospital sites with critical medical waste services. Position involves varied work locations, physical labor, and interaction with hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Personal transportation to various work sites
• Working directly with hospital staff for safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation
• Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas, including entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients
• Lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day
• Maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized
• Using a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team
• Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service
• Representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation and willing to travel to different Inova locations
