Traveling Associate Dentist

About the role

Tend is revolutionizing dental care by combining hospitality with comprehensive diagnostics and personalized treatment plans. As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you'll deliver exceptional care across multiple studios, ensuring patients receive consistent, high-quality treatment within the Tend network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services, including restorative care and comprehensive exams.
• Lead comprehensive exams and develop thoughtful, member-centered treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat TMJ-related conditions and incorporate sleep therapy solutions into treatment plans.
• Earn and give trust by making sound clinical decisions and empowering your team.
• Manage a dynamic schedule, balancing various procedures and treatments.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and studio leadership to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current, active dental license in the state you're applying for.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Invisalign certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience (post residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting.
• Comfort with modern technology and willingness to adopt digital workflows.
• Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 4-5 days per week (no Saturdays).

Pay

$175,000 USD - $375,000 USD

Schedule

4 or 5 days per week with no Saturdays.
