Travel Step Down Unit RN - $3,355 per week

Seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13‑week assignment starting 10/26/2026 in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The position involves providing specialized care in a step down unit focusing on cardiac patients and other general medical conditions, requiring excellent communication and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities

• Managing cardiac and general medical patients
• Titrating drips such as insulin, heparin, nitro, and diltiazem
• Utilizing tele monitoring systems
• Experience with continuous Cpap & Bipap, High flow, Vapotherm, nebs, chest PT, and no vents preferred
• Float rotation may be required

Requirements

• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS
• Valid RN license; BSN preferred (not mandatory)
• Must reside within 80 miles of the facility
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar setting
• Must have a valid license to submit and document previous employment with Marshfield if applicable, with at least 6 months since last worked there

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 48.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
