Job Details
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
- Schedule: 0630-1900, 1830-0700, minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid license to practice
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience

Facility Notes
The unit is fast-paced and requires critical thinking, good communication skills, and a positive attitude. Candidate must adhere to the facility's nail policy, and pass a skills exam during orientation with a minimum score of 90%.
Additional Information
- Bed capacity: 35 beds
- Patient population: Adults and geriatrics, with diagnoses including cardiac, nephrology, strokes, and diabetes, with continuous EEG monitoring
- Duties include titrating drips such as Cardizem, betablockers, and seizure medications
- Charge nurse responsibilities and staffing details are outlined, with float requirements to medical floors, ICU, or rehab
- RTO (Return to Office) needed upfront for a 13-week contract; no additional RTO approvals after submission
