Nightingale Nurses - Allied is seeking a Social Work LMSW for a travel job in Jackson, Mississippi.
Requirements
- ACTIVE License - LMSW or LCSW AND ACTIVE MS State License
- Minimum 2 years of Acute Inpatient Medical Case Management experience that includes at least 1 year (in the last 3) in a LARGE Hospital (500+ beds, LEVEL 1/ACADEMIC Medical Center)
- Previous travel in a level 1 facility (in the last 3 years)
- Strong computer skills, Must be proficient in EPIC charting
- Acute care/ED discharge planning experience
- Recent (within the last two years) acute inpatient medical case management experience
