Travel Social Work - LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker - $2,700 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a Social Work LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker for a travel job in Windsor, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services in an acute care setting.
• Assess and address the psychosocial needs of patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing case management.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Active Vermont Social Work license.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Recent acute care hospital experience.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
