Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for an ASAP‑start contract at Kempsville Health & Rehab in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The position works primarily with an adult and geriatric rehabilitation population, helping patients regain strength, mobility, balance, and independence after hospitalization, illness, injury, or surgery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT evaluations and reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide post‑acute rehabilitation
• Deliver gait and balance training
• Perform transfer training
• Facilitate strengthening and functional mobility exercises
• Implement fall prevention and safety strategies
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
• Participate in discharge planning

Schedule

• 13‑week contract (duration)
• 40 hours per week
• 8‑hour day shifts (days)
• Start date: ASAP (listed as 09/28/2026)

Pay

• Guaranteed weekly per diems, even during approved time off
• Double‑time pay when applicable between the facility guarantee and 40 hours
