American Traveler is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Valid professional license or registration as required by this state.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required.
- Professional references provided by the recruiter.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
