Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,366 per week

About the role

A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Waite Park, MN. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Skilled Nursing. Pay of $2366 may be adjusted based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Minnesota.
• At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay
