Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,606 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Waldorf, Maryland. The assignment begins on 10/19/2026 (alternatively listed as starting 9/28/26 and ending 12/26/26) and involves full‑time day shifts (8 hours, 40 hours/week). You will work with adult and geriatric patients in a post‑acute rehab setting, helping improve mobility, strength, balance, transfers, and functional independence as part of a collaborative rehab team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders.
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post‑surgical, and medically complex conditions.
• Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, OT, SLP, and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Maryland PT License Required
• BLS Required
• SNF or post‑acute experience preferred
