About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Meridian, Mississippi.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active MS Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.

- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Pay
$2,164.00 per week, subject to confirmation.
Schedule
8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
