About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting immediately in Medford, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy practice.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active OR Physical Therapist License.
- Certified in BLS/BCLS.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
