Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bessemer, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy practice.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active Alabama Physical Therapist License
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification

Pay
$2,164.00 per week
