About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a SNF setting preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
