Required Qualifications
Valid state licensure
Degree in Physical Therapy
Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from the American Heart Association
At least 0 years of experience in a clinical setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with SNF patients
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
