Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely and within scope of practice.

- Active Physical Therapy License
- SNF experience preferred
- BLS Certification
