Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting September 14, 2026, in Washington Court House, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,240.00 (Based on 40hrs/Week)

Schedule

8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
