About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Elkins, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to occupational therapy practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.

Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,160.00 (Based on 40 Hrs)
