About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to occupational therapy practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active MS Occupational Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Mississippi.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Skilled in providing therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities.
- Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques in occupational therapy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,164.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
