About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 14-week contract in Chanute, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
- Document patient care activities using EPIC EMR.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program.
Skills
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,160.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shift.
