About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to occupational therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
- Certified in BLS/BCLS.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,160.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
