About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Garretson, South Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to occupational therapy practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using Cerner EMR.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
- Spanish language skills a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred).
