About the role
Provide high-level patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Prioritize patient wellness and safety
- Precept new staff members
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Provide care in ICU or PCU settings, adhering to specialty standards such as AACN's Synergy Model
- Ensure safety and quality at the point of care
Requirements
- Valid Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
