Travel RN - PCU

Role Summary: This position involves providing high-level nursing care in a specialized 10-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a hospital setting. The nurse will utilize the nursing process to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in a technically complex environment, including ICU or PCU level care.Model proficiency through precepting and support for new healthcare team members.Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care, emphasizing wellness, patient perspectives, and evidence-based practices.Utilize standards such as AACN‘s Synergy Model and specialty certifications to inform care. Qualifications & Skills Current Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.Certification in ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross).Strong clinical judgment, collaborative skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
