About the role
Registered Nurse position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) located in Redding, CA.
Pay
$75.00–$85.00 per hour (estimated), based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide direct nursing care within the scope of practice in a telemetry setting.
- Guide patient and family education, and supervise nursing personnel.
- Communicate with physicians regarding changes in patient condition, diagnostic results, and symptoms.
- Respond promptly and accurately to clinical changes and treatment responses.
Qualifications
- Valid state RN license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certifications (within specified timeframes).
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, quick decision-making, and leadership abilities in telemetry care.
