Role Overview: Provide high-quality, direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process within a technically complex environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes, prioritize patient wellness, and incorporate evidence-based practices. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare professionals and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Responsibilities: Deliver advanced nursing care in ICU or PCU settings, adhering to specialty standards and evidence-based models like AACN’s Synergy Model. Support a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment through continuous learning and team collaboration. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license or eNLC privilegesMinimum of 1 year of nursing experienceCurrent ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) Key Attributes: Strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability, commitment to safety, and ongoing professional development.
