About the Role
Provide direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice utilizing the nursing process
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to prioritize patient wellness
- Model proficiency through precepting and mentoring
- Embrace evidence-based practice in all care delivery
- Ensure safety and quality at the point of care
- Provide ICU or PCU level care adhering to AACN's Synergy Model and specialty standards
- Contribute to improved patient outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
