Travel RN Critical Care Float Pool

Role: Critical Care RN providing direct patient care in ICU or PCU settings within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Utilize top-of-scope nursing practices, prioritize patient safety and evidence-based care, precept new staff, and contribute to quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Support patients across multiple hospital locations, ensuring secure and effective care delivery. Qualifications & Skills: Valid Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, minimum 1-year experience, and current ACLS and BLS certifications through recognized organizations. Ability to perform in a technically complex environment, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based models like AACN’s Synergy Model. Key Duties Provide high-quality, direct patient care in ICU/PCU settings.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.Model proficiency and support learning for new healthcare staff.Contribute to safety and quality initiatives at the point of care.
