Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Five (5) years of clinical practice experience with three (3) years of progressive performance improvement experience.
- Active RN License in any state.
- Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) or Healthcare Compliance (CHC), or will obtain certification in Healthcare Compliance and/or Risk Management within one year of hire.
- BLS certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Review clinic processes to find risks and improve safety.
- Develop and lead safety and compliance strategies.
- Guide staff in preventing accidents and injuries.
- Oversee programs to reduce medical errors.
- Ensure we meet all healthcare rules and standards.
