Salary: $115,000–$130,000. Bonus opportunities available.

About the role

Coreworks is seeking an experienced Facilities & Compliance Manager to support facility operations, regulatory compliance, and environment-of-care programs across senior-living healthcare communities nationwide. This role partners with local leadership teams to promote safe, efficient, and compliant operations while supporting maintenance programs, life-safety initiatives, MEP systems, and survey readiness. The position requires approximately 75 % nationwide travel.

Responsibilities

• Support facility operations, regulatory compliance, and environment-of-care programs in senior-living communities.
• Collaborate with site teams, vendors, and clients to resolve operational challenges and implement best practices.
• Drive consistency, standardization, and continuous improvement across a multi-site portfolio.
• Promote safe, efficient, and compliant operations through maintenance programs and life-safety initiatives.
• Ensure survey readiness and adherence to accreditation requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or related facility operations.
• Knowledge of life safety, compliance, accreditation, and environment-of-care requirements.
• Technical understanding of building systems and maintenance operations.
• Ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and support multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75 % nationwide.
