About the role

Connects research traceability with the broader operating needs of leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. Every handoff should show what is complete, what is pending, and who owns the next step.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Travel Research Coordinator workflow by helping the team organize evidence around the research question.
  • Coordinate the workflow by helping the team separate observed facts from interpretation.
  • Review the workflow by helping the team document findings and limitations clearly.
  • Maintain the workflow by helping the team collect information from relevant sources.
  • Track the workflow by helping the team check source credibility and recency.

Strong performance shows up in fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious.

Requirements

  • Use Data Analysis and Qualitative Research confidently when carrying out travel research coordination.
  • Apply Research Quality without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
  • Document decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
  • Use sound judgment around Leisure Booking Support, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule
