Travel Rehabilitation Therapist - $2,500 per week

Responsibilities
Under general supervision, performs diagnostic assessments and prepares and implements treatment plans in providing professional occupational therapy services for the full range of cases within the scope of a program for the habilitation and rehabilitation of patients. May provide all occupational therapy services for a unit, center, or facility. Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations; services are provided 24/7.
- Primary experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) rehabilitation required
- Perform diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services for habilitation and rehabilitation of patients
- Available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute, SNF, rehab hospital, outpatient
- Active Hawaii state license required by start of assignment (must apply upon acceptance if not currently licensed in HI)
- BLS/BCLS certification required from day 1
- EMR: Meditech
Schedule
- 7 days per week departmental coverage, operating from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 5-day work week with possible 1 weekend day (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)
- Hours worked per two-week period may be up to 88 hours
- No guarantee of hours or shift preference
