Travel Rehabilitation Therapist - $2,500 per week

About the role

Physical therapist for inpatient acute care. Work 36–40 hours per week with flexibility. Schedule is split between two facilities: 3 days per week at Kona Community Hospital and 2 days per week at Kohala Hospital (or vice versa). Includes one weekend day per 5-day work week. Traveler will not cover both facilities in a single day; schedule varies based on coverage needs. 40 hours per week guaranteed if employee works complete 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation therapy in an inpatient acute setting
• Work rotating 8-hour shifts across two facilities

Requirements

• BLS/BCLS certification
• Experience with EPIC EMR (used from day 1)

Pay
