About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a position in Bay City, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in managing patients' conditions
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in step-down unit or similar setting preferred

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
