Responsibilities

• Assist in managing patient care needs, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing basic procedures.

• Provide step-down care to patients recovering from acute conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina.
• Current BLS certification.

• Experience in step-down care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
