About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 12-week assignment in Winchester, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients requiring step-down care
- Assisting with respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and cardiac care
- Working in a progressive care environment
- Handling patient ratios of 4:1
- Using an EHR system called MedHost
- Managing patient populations including adults and pediatrics
Requirements
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Progressive care experience preferred
- Pediatric and stroke care experience preferred
Qualifications
Must have a current, active, unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state of Kentucky.
Skills
Progressive care experience, pediatric care, stroke care, and cardiac care are preferred.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
