Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients using telemetry and advanced monitoring equipment.
• Perform ongoing assessments and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips as ordered.
• Care for post-surgical, cardiac, stroke, ventilator, and other high-acuity patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
