Travel Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing - $2,309 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Jackson, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wyoming.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Skilled in administering medications and treatments.
• Proficient in patient assessment and care planning.
