About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Muncy, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for electronic health records.
Skills
- Skilled in providing compassionate and professional nursing care.
- Familiarity with Skilled Nursing Facility protocols and procedures.
