About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Carroll, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Completion of a state-approved nursing program.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
